The Firm
The Firm of Messrs Brendan Siva was established on 1 January 2011. Founding Partner – Brendan Navin Siva – decided to embark on a career of his own after having been in practice as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya for close to 12 years.
The vision of the Firm is to provide specialised and personalised legal advice and services to its clients. The work of the Firm ranges from corporate advisory to general litigation in areas such as securities, banking, libel and slander, employment / industrial law, internet law, contract law, commercial disputes, land acquisition and land law related matters, hire purchase, etc.
At Messrs Brendan Siva, we understand the role of the lawyer as being part of the process - facilitating the needs and concerns of the client and ensuring the protection of the legal interests of the client. Over and above everything else, it is the primary objective of the Firm to understand the client and the framework of its business in order to enable us to adequately and comprehensively advise the client in a manner that not only addresses the issues at hand but also to provide long term solutions to ensure the client is ahead of its business rivals and competitors and is adequately advised on the law throughout.
As a firm, we strive for excellence and quality of service. We pride ourselves on our ability to understand the ever changing and developing commercial realities faced by our clients and to provide advice and solutions that reflect such an understanding. We are also acutely aware of the realities of business in this age and that legal services can no longer remain a traditional office hours service and must at all times strive to meet the demands of the client.
